The Invisible Change Method

Refunds

Last updated 5 August 2026

The short version

If the guide is not what you needed, write to us within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain yourself, and you do not have to return anything — you cannot un-read a book, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

How to ask

When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with, through Whop. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it, which is out of our hands. Your statement line reads ICM · FIELD GUIDE, so that is what to look for.

The extras

The Desk Reference and the Single Card are refunded on exactly the same terms, separately from the guide. If you bought the guide and an extra, you can refund either one or both. Ask for whichever you want back.

After a refund

Access to the refunded file ends when the refund is issued, and the copy you downloaded should be deleted. We do not ask for proof of that; we are trusting you, the same way you trusted us with $12.

If something is broken

If the file will not download or will not open, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will get you the file. Most of these turn out to be a confirmation email sitting in a spam or promotions folder. Your access also lives permanently on the delivery page, so bookmarking it solves this for good.

Your statutory rights

Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to cancel a digital purchase. This policy is offered in addition to those rights and does not replace them.
