Refunds

All sales are final

The Invisible Change Method is a digital product — a PDF, delivered the moment your payment completes. You cannot un-read a book or return a downloaded file, so all sales are final: we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. The same applies to the Desk Reference and the Single Card if you added either at checkout.

Before you buy

Because a sale cannot be undone, everything you need in order to decide is published before you pay. What you are buying — a 64-page printable PDF, first edition 2026 — is set out in the terms, and the book's own honest page says plainly who it is not for. If you are unsure, read those first and write to us with anything they do not answer.

If the file will not open

That is a delivery problem, not a refund question, and you are not left with it. Write to support@invisiblechangemethod.com and we will get you the file. Most of these turn out to be a confirmation email sitting in a spam or promotions folder, and your download also lives permanently on the delivery page — bookmarking it solves this for good.

If you were charged twice

A duplicate or mistaken charge is a billing error, not a refund, and it gets put right. Write to us with the date and the amount, or tell Whop, who take the payment, directly. Your statement line reads ICM · FIELD GUIDE, so that is what to look for.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a right the law where you live gives you. In particular, consumers in the EU, EEA and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase, and Whop apply that right under their own buyer terms. Where such a right applies, it applies regardless of anything on this page.
