Order confirmations

Receipts are sent from orders@invisiblechangemethod.com. If nothing has arrived after a few minutes, check spam and promotions — it hides there. Your download also lives permanently on the delivery page, whether or not the email ever turns up.

Payments and delivery are handled by Whop, who act as merchant of record. Billing questions can go to them directly, but writing to us is usually faster.

What we cannot help with

We cannot give medical, psychological or dietary advice about your child, and we will not try to. If you are worried about your child's relationship with food, please speak to your paediatrician — and if you are seeing signs of an eating disorder, do that today rather than next week.
