Who we are
This site sells The Invisible Change Method, a printable PDF field guide, and is operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]. Questions about anything on this page go to support@invisiblechangemethod.com.
What we collect
- Payment and order details. Your email, billing details and card data are collected and processed by Whop, our payment provider and merchant of record. They are entered on Whop's own secure form — we never see or store your card number.
- Advertising and measurement data. The Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API record which pages you viewed and whether a purchase completed, so we can tell which adverts work. This includes your IP address, browser user agent, Meta cookie identifiers, and — for a completed purchase — a one-way hashed version of your email address.
- Your email address, kept by us. When a purchase completes, Whop passes us the email address you paid with. We store it, together with what you bought and when, so we can send you the file, re-send the download link if you lose it, and — unless you opt out — write to you about the companion Desk Reference. That is the only thing we send. There is no newsletter and no abandoned-cart sequence: if you never bought anything, we have no record of you at all.
- Download links. Each purchase gets a private link that works for 24 hours. We record how many times it was used and the IP address that used it, so a link that leaks can be told apart from a buyer who simply downloaded twice.
- Local storage in your browser. We remember which steps of the checkout you have completed so you are not offered something you have already bought. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
We do not use any analytics beyond the Meta measurement described above, and we never sell your data.
Why we are allowed to
Order and payment data is processed to perform our contract with you. Advertising measurement is processed on the basis of consent where the law requires it, and legitimate interest otherwise. You can withdraw consent at any time by blocking the pixel in your browser or through your Meta ad settings — this does not affect your purchase or your access. Email about the Desk Reference is sent on the basis of legitimate interest in offering a directly related product to an existing customer; every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing never affects the file you paid for.
Who else sees it
- Whop — payments, delivery and receipts. whop.com/privacy
- Meta Platforms — advertising measurement. facebook.com/privacy/policy
- [hosting provider] — serves this website.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept by Whop for as long as tax and accounting law requires, currently [retention period]. Our own copy — your email address and what you bought — is kept for the same period, so we can still answer a question about an old order. Download links expire after 24 hours and the record of them is removed with the order. Measurement data is retained by Meta under their own retention schedule. The state stored in your browser is cleared whenever you clear your site data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@invisiblechangemethod.com and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting your order data may end your access to the file, since your access is tied to that order.
Children
This guide is written for parents and is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. The book is about a child, but no child's data is ever collected by this site.
