The Invisible Change Method

About

Janet · The Silent Reset
Janet · The Silent Reset

The Silent Reset is a method, and Janet is the name it goes out under.

The method came out of a simple observation: almost every plan aimed at a child's weight asks the child to change. Eat less of this. Want less of that. Try harder. And almost every one of them fails in the same place — at the moment a parent has to say the sentence out loud, in a kitchen, to someone they love.

So this method changes the household instead. Not the child. Nothing is announced, nothing is banned, and nobody is put on anything. The fridge is re-shelved, the grab zone moves to eye level, and the sentences that start arguments are quietly replaced by ones that do not. By Monday morning the house runs differently and nobody has been told why.

That is the whole idea, and it is why the guide is sixty-four pages rather than three hundred. Five phases, five tools, one quiet change.

A word on what this is not. It is not medical advice, it is not a diet, and it does not diagnose anything. If something about your child worries you, that conversation belongs with your doctor — this guide is about the room the food lives in, not about your child's body.
